Who is the target audience for the study guides and flashcards?
Our products have been carefully designed to cater to pharmacy students across their undergraduate years through to their pre-registration year. Although many non-pharmacy students including nurses, medical students have found our resources useful and we do not discriminate!

You can contact us across our social media platforms. However the best way to get in touch is via email – info@pharmalearning.co.uk. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. However our typical operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9 – 5pm, Sunday 10am – 1pm.
How long will it take for a physical order to arrive?
Processing times are between 1-5 working days depending on how busy we get! However we despatch all of our orders by Next Day Delivery via Hermes, with tracking information available. This is Hermes fastest delivery service, however sometimes delays occur that are out of our control and it can take Hermes a little longer to deliver your package.
What are Digital Download products?
As you have probably seen on our website we have lots of digital versions of our study guides available for purchase. This means no physical product will be shipped. Once you have made the purchase you will receive instant access. You will be able to download the study guide(s) in PDF format.
Is there anything I need to know about the Digital Download products?
There is a restriction on the number of times an individual can download the digital files, however we like to be fair and have made sure this is more than sufficient for one user. Once the files are downloaded, there is no expiration and is yours to use. Each purchase is solely for personal use. No distribution is allowed.
What is the refund and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our Digital Download products we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges or accept cancellations once purchases have been made. This is simply due to the fact that once a digital download has been made it cannot be returned.
With our Physical Products e.g. flashcards we offer a 7 day return policy, which starts as soon as the order is delivered. However products will only be refunded if if they are unopened and in the original packaging. Return postage should be paid for by the customer. To start a return you can contact us on info@pharmalearning.co.uk. We do not typically offer exchanges on our Physical Products.
What kind of tuition do you offer?
We’ve been tutoring pharmacy students and pre-registration pharmacists for a number of years now! We provide support wherever it is needed. For those studying the MPharm this may include assignment/coursework assistance, exam or OSCEs preparation. For preregistration pharmacists we offer clinical and calculation support in line with the GPHC exam framework.
How are the tuition sessions run?
We can fit around your schedule, so you can learn any time, anywhere – all our sessions are virtual. All you need is a Gmail account and webcam access. You will be assigned to a pharmacist from the team, the sessions are typically run 1-1 as we find the best learning happens this way!
What are the benefits of our tuition service?
- Receive expert knowledge and support in clinical topics, law and ethics and calculations consistent with the GPHC exam framework
- You will have the opportunity to discuss the areas you want to focus on before your session(s), to allow us to make the best use of your time.
- We’ll create personalised plans, with learning styles and set targets that work for you
- Because we can appreciate the common struggles pharmacy students and preregistration pharmacists face, we’ll provide you with tried and tested methods for success.
How much do the sessions cost?
Get in touch if you require support, you can contact us on info@pharmalearning.co.uk. Our prices can vary. We offer discounts on bulk session bookings too!
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
We require payment at least 24 hours before a session is scheduled to take place to secure the slot e.g. If we have provisionally agreed to 2pm Wednesday, we would require payment by 2pm Tuesday at the latest otherwise that slot becomes available to others. Should you need to cancel or rearrange your session this would also need to be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows us to plan our time in the best way to accommodate for students fairly. Unfortunately if we do not receive any notification that you want to cancel or rearrange your session or it is not within the timeframe stated then the payment for that slot is considered non-refundable.
What kind of support does this entail?
We offer a support service for those wanting to apply to study pharmacy at university level and those applying for pharmacy jobs pre and post qualification.
